You made it through the day feeling fine.

So why is it that, when night comes,
sadness and anxiety suddenly appear?

---

During the day, we’re surrounded by responsibilities,
distractions, and endless stimulation.

Often, we simply don’t have the space
to truly listen to what’s happening inside us.

---

But when the quiet of the night arrives
and the world finally slows down,

the emotions we’ve been pushing aside
begin to surface.

*“Am I really doing okay?”*
*“Will things be alright in the future?”*

Questions like these can spiral,
leaving our hearts feeling heavy.

---

Feeling down at night
doesn’t mean you’re weak.

It may simply be a sign that
the parts of you that were ignored during the day
are finally being heard.

---

When that happens,
don’t try to force those feelings away.

Instead,

take a small notebook and write down
just one sentence about what your heart is trying to say right now.

---

Emotions don’t disappear
just because we suppress them.

But when we quietly listen to them,

they often begin to soften,
little by little.

---

*Sometimes, the feelings that visit us at night are not problems to solve, but messages waiting to be heard.*
